This book is summarized very well by its title: Gain Health,
Lose Weight. It focuses on long-term
healthy solutions as opposed to short-term fad diets. The book contains a lot of information about
food and the human body. I like the
focus on finding ways to be healthier without making drastic changes to our
every day lives. There’s a lot of
information for such a small book. I did
not check the references and research on this book but there were several
statements that made me wonder about the processes used to come to the stated
conclusions. All in all, a good reminder
to focus on our overall health.
