I've been addicted to books ever since I learned to read. As a kid, when I'd get sent outside to play I'd sneak a book out with me because I couldn't face putting it down before finishing "the good part."
Now, I'm a stay-at-home mom of three. I'm also the author of The Refuge Trilogy.
Chocolate is my friend. It is. Just ask the creamy goodness. It wants me to eat it.
Having never truly grown up, I'm a YA junkie. I enjoy middle-grade books, read chapter books with my son, and picture books with another son and my daughter. (If you ask me to review one of these, my kids' responses will help mold the review, just an FYI.) I lean toward fantasy, sci/fi, fairy tales, etc. Mysteries and spy stories are great, too. I'm willing to read "grown-up" books if they fall in my interests. As my interests are quite varied, if you're not sure, ask!
I have both a Kindle and a Nook, so I'm more than happy to review e-books as well as hard copies.

Some of the greatest influences in my life have been books. Books have educated, uplifted, inspired, and entertained me since my mother began reading to me. I love getting into stories and escaping from reality for awhile.
I have two small children who love reading time and always want more!
I read a little bit of everything but tend to choose YA, children's books- all ages, historical fiction, auto/biography, Alaskan adventures, fantasy, fairy tales, religious, and a bit of everything else!
Books are some of my favorite things- just ask the movers who recently had to carry all the heavy boxes!
